Ha acabado en manos de unos de “Bilbado”. El fertilizante ya ha comenzado ha descargarse en el Puerto de Bilbao tras ser “neutralizado” frente a la costa de la Muerte.
Mucho m?s lejos, el Ocean Shappire (Made in Spain) y el S.A.Helderberg (A.P. Moller) se han dado un besito.
At approximately 05.14 hrs local time on Saturday 17th February, the Danaos Corporation-owned, Safmarine Container Lines-operated 3101 TEU container ship SA Helderberg was involved in a collision with the 77,356 DWT, Singapore-registered Oil Tanker Ocean Sapphire off the coast of Singapore.
No members of the crew onboard the SA Helderberg were injured. No damage was sustained to any of the cargo onboard the ship. The S.A Helderberg sustained some damage on her starboard side with water inflow, but this is under control and a pump is being used to discharge ingress into the 5000 tonne chartered barge Mariott International, with a third, smaller vessel ferrying bilges to a safe disposal area unit on shore.
Following the impact, some oil has leaked from a fuel tank from the SA Helderberg into the sea. The Malaysian authorities took control over anti-pollution measures, deploying Two Malaysian anti-pollution vessels to disperse the oily sheen, and placing a boom around the vessel to ensure no further fuel escapes from area.
